Who does Printed Sorted print for?
We print for EVERYONE! We are not restricted to commercial or business clients only. We aim to offer the most cost-effective, time efficient and quality work within reasonable timeframes.
What is the typical turnaround time?
We strive for 1 working day turnaround time to make sure you get your printing needs asap.
Why does Printed Sorted prefer artwork supplied as PDF?
PDF files are a more reliable and stable format. This ensures fonts, pictures and graphics are locked in, increasing the reliability of the artwork file. We also accept InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files.
Can you help me with design?
Yes of course! If you need design done for your printing needs simply select this on the product pages and give us some additional detail or alternatively email us on info@printingsorted.co.nz
Can I request quantities other than what’s allowed for each product?
Oftentimes this is possible however it would be best to contact us on info@printingsorted.co.nz first if there is a certain quantity that you are after.
How long does delivery take?
Our productions and turnaround times are usually 1 day. Shipping takes 1-2 days, North Island wide.
Do you ship outside of North Island?
Currently our website does not accept orders outside of the North Island. If you are outside of this area and require our services, please contact us at info@printingsorted.co.nz
I require my order tomorrow. Do you offer an express option?
If you require a quick turnaround time for production and/or delivery, please get in touch with us at 09 390 0193 to review your order requests, and confirm your options and additional charges to speed your order through.
I want to cancel my order. Will I get a full refund?
Yes, but only if you cancel your order before it goes into production.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but only before it goes into production. Please get in touch with us within 1hr to adjust your order.
